TailRx® Training Hosted At Dover Saddlery
Littleton, MA- Mary Brunetti, celebrity hair stylist and creator of TailRx®, a remarkable new equine mane and tail restoration system, was invited to hold her first Product Knowledge Class for all the Customer Service Representatives at Dover Saddlery Headquarters in Littleton, Massachusetts. Dover Saddlery carries the innovative TailRx and has featured it in their new fall catalogue.
Brunetti and TailRx were such a hit with the staff, Dover Saddlery asked her to give a second class at their Plaistow, New Hampshire location during the same week.

This time her class consisted of “detailing” TailRx for all the store Managers and their Sales Representatives. “It’s such a unique product, you have to know what the product does and how well it does it before you can sell anything,” Brunetti told her enthusiastic audience.

Call Centers, listening in from Texas to Wellesley, MA were as eager to learn more about TailRx as the Managers and Reps that filled the room; and with good reason. Dover Saddlery’s September catalogue carried the first TailRx ad and consumer response and requests have been pouring in.

Burnetti taught everyone on the Dover team the simple three-step process to apply TailRx. “This is a great product because it works,” Brunetti confidently explained. “If you follow the steps you will see results within the first three weeks of using it. That time factor alone has already contributed to the success of TailRx, according to the feedback we receive from the professionals who are using it.”

Brunetti is an award winning celebrity hair stylist and nationally recognized technical hair consultant.  She is also a competitive amateur dressage rider. Brunetti developed TailRx when she noticed the lack of hair restoration solutions on the equine market for mane and tail problems. With TailRx technology backing her product, longer, stronger and more luxurious hair on a horse should never be an issue again, just a fact.
